„Domaine Boyar Bulgaria” EOOD is a company whose business activity consists of distribution, logistics, foreign, domestic and online trade in wine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and other goods; commission, freight forwarding, warehousing and transport activities; commercial representation, as well as any other activity that is not prohibited by law.

Your personal data will be processed by „Domaine Boyar Bulgaria” EOOD only in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions. When you correspond with us through any of the contact channels, you confirm that the data you have provided are accurate, correct and up to date.
Withdrawal of consent: Any consent to the processing of your personal data may be withdrawn at any time through: a written request to the address Sofia, Vitosha district, 2B Marinkovitsa Street; a call to +359 2 9697980; or e-mail at office@domaineboyar.com. The withdrawal of your consent will in no way reflect negatively on the conclusion of the distance Contract.
6. For how long will my personal data be stored?
Personal data is stored for the periods necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. After the purposes are achieved, we will destroy it immediately. The specific periods are:
a) When the data are processed on the basis of a distance contract – for a period of 5 years, as of the date of termination of the contract.
b) When the data is processed on the basis of consent obtained – until express withdrawal of the consent.
c) When the data are processed to protect the exercise of the Company's rights and interests – until the right is extinguished and/or the lapse of interest.
After the expiry of the specified periods, if there is no other basis for processing, the data will be deleted. In order to obtain and analyze information related to the products and services you use, the Company may delete only part of the data, while continuing to store such part that does not allow natural persons to be subsequently identified.
7. Will my personal data be accessible to third parties?
The following categories of persons, who on the basis of contracts concluded with the Company may act as data processors, may have access to your personal data:
- The persons who maintain the Company's information systems, located in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the customer service centers;
- The persons entrusted with the activities of producing, printing, assembling and delivering (incl. via SMS or electronically) written correspondence;
- Couriers.
The Company is obliged to provide personal data to the competent authorities and institutions by virtue of the applicable legislation, in the event that such information is requested on a legal basis.
"Domaine Boyar Bulgaria” EOOD does not transfer personal data to a third country or international organization outside the European Union.
8. How do we protect your personal data?
To ensure adequate protection of the data of the Company and its customers, we apply all necessary organizational and technical measures provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
The Company has established structures for the prevention of abuse and security breaches, and has also appointed a Data Protection Officer, which support the processes of safeguarding and ensuring the security of your data.
For maximum security in processing, transferring and storing your data, we may use additional protection mechanisms such as encryption, pseudonymization, etc.
III. Your rights
As a subject of data processed by „Domaine Boyar Bulgaria” EOOD, you have the following rights. The provision of personal data is voluntary – it is necessary for concluding a contract with the Company. In the event that the data are not provided, the Company will not be able to provide a product or service.
Requests for the exercise of rights are submitted:

The exercise of the rights is free of charge. We satisfy your requests within up to 30 calendar days from their submission. In case of complexity, the deadline may be extended by a further 2 months, of which you will be notified.
a. Right to information
You have the right to receive information about important characteristics of the processing of your personal data, including its purpose, term, basis, the recipients and categories of recipients of personal data and others. You should bear in mind that you are subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of preventing fraud, diversifying the products offered and selecting suitable advertising.
b. Right of access
You can request information about which of your personal data we process and request access to it. We will provide you with an extract of the personal data that is being processed. For additional extracts, we may charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs.
c. Right to rectification

e. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request a restriction of processing if:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy;
- the processing is unlawful, but you do not want the data to be deleted, and instead request the restriction of its use;
- we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- you have objected to the processing pending verification of whether the Company's legitimate grounds override your interests.
f. Right to data portability
You can request that the personal data we process about you be provided to you in a format that can be easily read by a computer and transferred to another institution. This applies only when the processing is based on your consent or in connection with the conclusion and performance of a distance contract, and the processing is carried out by automated means.
