The year is 1873, when a Scottish farmer plants the first grape-vines in Marlborough, New Zealand. There, the salty ocean breeze meets the endless sunny days, and the soil gives birth to the Sauvignon Blanc which, a hundred years later, will turn the world of wine upside down with its fresh and full-bodies tropical taste.
This brave Scotsman, unbeknown how he got to the other end of the world, had no way of knowing that his bold decision will turn the notion of how Sauvignon Blanc should taste upside down.
