Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Such data can lead to the identification of a particular person.

We only process and use data that you have voluntarily provided; the provision of personal data in connection with the games we organize is a prerequisite for the individual to be able to join the games and receive the prize. Any person providing personal data is responsible for its authenticity as well as for not providing data to third parties in violation of their privacy rights, since Domaine Boyar International EAD is not able to control that process.

In the course of our business, we do not process any personal data of minors and our is not available to persons under 18 years of age. In any case, when we receive information that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

To accomplish our goals, we process personal information as follows: an individual’s full name, his/her username in social networks, telephone number and, where appropriate, postal address in order to send the prize awarded in the games we organize. We need that information in order to be able to contact you in relation to your participation in our prize award games, to announce the list of winners and to send you the prize you won.

With respect to the storage of personal information, we have taken technical and organizational measures that are appropriate and necessary to protect your personal data, including protecting data from accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure; to identify any reasonably foreseeable risks related to network security risks and minimize such risks.

Personal information is only available to authorized persons who need access to perform their work and to be at your service, and who are required to treat the information as confidential with respect to the principles of legality, good faith, confidentiality and accuracy.

We do not share any personal information with third parties outside the EU, unless there are legal grounds or contractual relations that entitle or require to do so; we never sell or distribute personal data.

We collect and maintain personal information only for the period of validity of the prize game; after the end of the game and once winners have been announced and prizes awarded to the winning participants, we delete the personal information we have collected in relation to the relevant game. In case of material prizes, the winners’ personal data is stored for the period of time during which lawful warranty claims might appear in respect of the awarded prizes.

Personal data will only be stored until the end of the legal rights and obligations of Domaine Boyar International EAD in connection with the respective game or until the limitation periods in respect of the legal relations between the Parties have expired, if there are enough grounds for that.

PRIZE GAMES
You have the opportunity to participate in various prize games that we organize on our website, Facebook or Instagram, or games in other media. Unless otherwise stated in the personal data protection rules in respect of a specific prize game, or you have not explicitly expressed your consent in relation to future actions, the personal information you provided in connection with your participation in the prize game shall be used only for the purposes of that prize game (to announce the winners, to notify them and to send the prizes to the winning participants).

Provided that you take part in a game, the legal grounds for processing data in relation to prize games are in general determined in Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDRP (legitimate interests of the administrator). The legitimate interest of Domaine Boyar International EAD relates to and is in result of its interest that prize game to be organized.

If you have given your consent within the terms of any prize game, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time and this will take effect in the future.

In order to gain access to your personal data on Facebook, you have to read the Personal Data Protection Policy and all remaining documents related to personal data protection on Facebook.

Providing personal data to third parties is only possible where it is necessary in the course of organizing the respective game (eg. to send a prize using a courier service). No personal data are provided for purposes other than those specified.

Once the prize game has finished and winners have been announced, all personal data of the participants shall be deleted. The data of the winners, who received material prizes, shall be stored for the statutory warranty period in relation to claims; this is necessary in order to make repairs or replacement of the product received as a prize if any faults appear.

YOUR RIGHTS
As personal data subjects, you have some rights that you can exercise at any time:
Request confirmation whether your personal data are being processed; request a copy of your personal data as well as information relating to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data.

Request your personal data to be erased if any one of the following grounds applies: the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected; when you object to the processing since the personal data have been unlawfully processed; when you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based; and where there is no other legal ground for the processing; when personal data have to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the provisions of national legislation.

Request restriction of processing your personal data, if applicable and grounded.

Request to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to Domaine Boyar International EAD in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
