Aroma A complex bouquet with dark fruits (blackberry, black cherry, plum), vanilla, coconut, caramel, sweet spices, tobacco, leather and a hint of roasted nuts. |
Taste Medium to full body, well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity. A ripe fruity character, spices, woody notes and a long, soft, velvety finish. |
Food pairing It pairs ideally with veal, lamb, mature cheeses, chorizo, roasted meat, pasta with ragù, tapas, casseroles and dishes with dried spices. |
