The wine pairs very well with vegetarian food, pasta, pizza, light white and red meats with spices, soft and semi-hard cheeses.
Specific features of the technology - 10 days of maceration carried out at low temperatures. A special yeast strain for young, fruity wines has been used for fermentation.
