"Domaine Boyar Bulgaria” EOOD is committed to providing accessible digital services for all users. Our goal is for the website domaineboyar.com to be easy to use and accessible to people with disabilities and people with functional limitations.

How we maintain accessibility
- We integrate accessibility planning into our digital strategy and internal policies.
- We use an AI-based accessibility module (UserWay) for automated real-time corrections and continuous monitoring.
- We conduct periodic automated checks and manual tests and prioritize fixes according to the impact on users.
- We train our teams to apply good accessibility practices.
Conformance status
As of 01.04.2026, the Domaineboyar website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA. The use of UserWay significantly improves access to the content, but it is possible that individual pages or components may require additional manual improvements.

- Inconsistencies in headings/labels that may make it difficult to understand the structure of pages
- Behavior of individual links/forms that open a new window or submit data without sufficient indication
We are actively working to remedy these discrepancies.

- Periodic audits under WCAG 2.1/2.2 and EN 301 549
- Prioritization of critical fixes (order, payment, login/registration forms)
- Continuous monitoring via UserWay and updating of this declaration upon any substantial change
