Unfortunately, the parcel cannot be received by the indicated person. When placing an order, please provide a delivery address at which the parcel can be accepted by an adult recipient.

Payment for the purchased products can be made using one of the following methods:

Yes, we accept. You can pay for the wines you have ordered with both a debit and a credit card.

You will receive an invoice with every order placed with us. If you wish to receive an invoice issued in the name of a legal entity, please enter the details of the legal entity in the notes to the order.

We are sorry, but at the moment we only deliver within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

We deliver wine throughout the country.

Wines ordered through our online store are delivered by the courier company Speedy.

Yes, you may prefer the delivery to be made by another courier company (please note this in the comments), in which case the courier costs are at your own expense and according to the tariff of the respective courier.

Delivery is free on orders over 100.00 lv. / €51.13. In all other cases, delivery charges apply in accordance with The Terms of Use.

Your package of wine travels in special packaging that secures the product! Please, if upon receipt you find that the package has been tampered with or has become damp, do not accept the shipment before requesting the "inspection of the shipment” option from the courier.

In the event that you discover breakage or a missing item, please notify us by telephone +359 2 9697980 or at the email address: office@domaineboyar.com before you accept the parcel and fill in a complaint form for the courier service. The latter must be provided to you by the courier.

The delivery time is up to 5 working days.

At the moment we do not deliver only on Sundays and during official holidays.

Yes. You can return already purchased goods within the statutory 14-day period – provided that the integrity of the packaging of the purchased goods has not been compromised. For more information, see The Terms of Use.

Refunds for returned products are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment. The refund is made to the bank account you indicated in the product return form.

Claims (for defects in the wine, such as cork taint) are accepted within 30 days after purchasing the product.
