Aroma
A complex and expressive nose with floral notes – broom, white roses, acacia, honeysuckle, fern and verbena, as well as citrus aromas such as lemongrass, grapefruit and mandarin. Nuances of pine, quince and fennel are also detectable.

Taste
A fresh, dry and pleasant wine with pronounced fruitiness, good concentration and balanced acidity that provides aging potential. It impresses with body, softness and variability in its flavor profile depending on the terroir.

Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, especially with savory snacks – chips, crackers, peanuts, olives. In winter it pairs wonderfully with poultry or veal in a cream sauce and risotto with meat or fish. In summer it suits grilled fish, cold antipasti, ratatouille and mixed salads with onion. It also pairs excellently with sushi and goat cheese.
